Santa Claus Reindeer Oy is a family-owned company run with heart, offering unforgettable reindeer experiences at Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi and at our new Taava Reindeer Farm, located approximately 20 km from the center of Rovaniemi.

Santa Claus Reindeer Oy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible reindeer guides for the winter season from November to April. We offer flexible work opportunities, both part-time and with larger weekly hours.
Job Duties
Your work will primarily involve working with reindeer and our guests at our Arctic Circle location. You will help create a professional, relaxed, and warm atmosphere where customers can genuinely experience the nature of Lapland, reindeer, and the local way of life. The role emphasizes natural interaction skills, storytelling, and the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
The work is physical outdoor work that combines animal care and customer service. You will receive thorough training for the role. Previous experience working with reindeer or other animals is considered an advantage, but it is not required. We value willingness to learn, responsibility, and the right attitude.
Working Hours
Our winter season runs from November 2026 until March/April 2027. We are looking for employees both for busy seasonal assistance and for longer-term seasonal positions with higher weekly hours (approximately 30 h/week). This means the work can easily be combined with studies or another job.
Shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, mainly between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
