Our reindeer experiences are offered in Santa Claus Village and at Taava Reindeer Farm, with products for FIT travellers, families, private groups, series and larger groups. In Santa Claus Village, our services also include Mrs Santa Claus’ Christmas Cottage and Lapland Restaurant Kotahovi, giving our partners additional ways to build programmes for their clients at the Arctic Circle.

The Bókun Agent Portal is used for bookings across our travel trade portfolio, including FIT, Leisure Groups, MICE and Private Experiences. For groups, private programmes or other bookings that require more planning, we recommend contacting our sales team first. We can help identify the most suitable experience, check the practical arrangements and make sure the selected product works for your clients and programme.
