PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR GUESTS JOINING SANTA CLAUS REINDEER EXPERIENCES
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to read the following transport-related guidelines:
Be on time
- Please be at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Our transportation follows a strict schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
What happens if you’re late
- If you miss the pick-up, Santa Claus Reindeer is not responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
- You are welcome to book and pay for a taxi at your own expense to reach Taava Reindeer Farm or the tour location.
- Please note that if the delay is caused by the guest, the tour is non-refundable, and no alternative experiences or rescheduling
Booking confirmation required
- All guests must be able to present a valid digital booking confirmation (Bokun) to the driver upon boarding.
- Only guests who present a valid confirmation will be allowed to board the vehicle.
Recognize your ride
- Pick-ups are made with a minibus marked with a Santa Claus Reindeer (SCR) sign in the window.
- Make sure you board the correct vehicle.
