Who We Are Looking For
We are regularly recruiting for different roles depending on the season. Typical positions include:

Reindeer Guides & Handlers – guiding sleigh rides, introducing guests to reindeer, and ensuring animal welfare.

Guest Service & Hospitality Staff – welcoming visitors, ticket sales, and customer care.

Restaurant & Kitchen Staff – preparing and serving meals at our restaurant Kotahovi and farm dining experiences.

Support & Ground Work – helping maintain trails, fences, and the farm environment.
Requirements
We value:

Good English and Finnish communication skills (other languages like German, French, Italian, Chinese are an advantage).
