• Online ticket must be used before 4 pm. (1.12.2025-7.1.2026)
• Arrival Time:
  Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled photo time to ensure a smooth experience. The session is brief and runs on a set schedule.
• Booking Confirmation:
  You will receive a confirmation email after booking. Please have your digital or printed confirmation ready when you arrive.
• Digital Photo Delivery:
  Your high-resolution photo will be sent via email within 24 hours of your visit. Make sure to provide a correct email address at the time of booking.
• Group Size:
  The photo is suitable for individuals, couples, or small families. For large group bookings or tour groups, please contact us in advance.
• Props and Decor:
  Seasonal decorations and festive props may be available to enhance your photo, but feel free to bring your own personal touch (e.g. matching Christmas sweaters or accessories).
